What will you do?
Perform maintenance tasks on engines, modules, and components of gas turbine engines within a defined production department, in accordance with established production goals and applicable quality standards.
Examples:
- Perform tasks according to the established schedule
- (Dis)assemble gas turbine engines, modules, and/or components based on approved maintenance instructions, business processes, and procedures
- Use various measuring tools, balancing machines, and other production aids required for (dis)assembling gas turbine engines, modules, and/or components
- Assess the condition of the component based on the available aviation component documentation
- Report production disruptions to the Cell Leader in a timely manner
- Administrative processing of completed tasks
- Ensure the quality and quantity of one's own work, the quality and maintenance of the tools used, and the safety of one's own handling during the independent execution of tasks
- Make suggestions for and participate in improvement projects
- Maintain daily order, cleanliness, safety, and occupational health aspects in the work environment
- Train and guide new employees
- Cross-train colleagues through on-the-job training
