What you will do
The maintenance department ensures the availability of our semi- and fully automated packaging, labeling and assembly machines within our production facility. They also support warehousing and facilities. Without them, we can't produce the medicines for our patients. The (senior) technicians work in 3-shifts and provide corrective and preventive maintenance support.
In this role you will develop yourself as an all-round technician with knowledge of automated packaging equipment. Furthermore, you will use data to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities. It is because of you that we can ensure supply to our patients! - Perform analyzes and maintenance activities on a wide variety of machines, processes and systems.
- Partner with our manufacturing and quality team to set the right priorities and identify the right solutions for technical challenges.
- Support in projects to commission new equipment and ensure all mechanical design specifications are met.
- Provide technical training to shopfloor personnel.
- Find opportunities to improve equipment reliability and provide input for our preventive maintenance plan.

What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The maintenance professional we seek is a strong collaborator with these qualifications:
- MBO+ level achieved by a combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and mechatronic maintenance.
- Preferably experience with or curiosity about robotics.
- Basic knowledge of automation technology and interest to develop.
- Able to work in teams and communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
- Interested in continuous improvement, Lean maintenance principles and new technologies.
- Preferably good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
