The Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work with our ERP system (Microsoft Navision), acting as the bridge between IT and business functions. You’ll play a key role in driving business transformation, identifying tech solutions, and aligning them with business objectives. The role involves collaboration across the Netherlands (the office is based in Etten-Leur), France, and the UK, with occasional travel (20%) for project-related activities. Liaise between IT and business functions to align technology with strategic needs.

• Work with ERP vendors and internal teams to drive changes and improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into IT deliverables and ensure clear communication.
• Enhance ERP processes and integrate solutions to increase efficiency.
• Lead IT changes, including design, testing, training, and release management.
• Support onboarding and technology rollouts, managing cultural change.
• Provide ongoing IT support to the business.
• Collaborate with global IT teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in an ERP environment (Navision, D365 F&O is a plus).
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with business process optimization and cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes like Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Management.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to prioritize requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple countries.
• Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with global IT objectives.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
