THE OPPORTUNITY

In your new position as Project Lead you will lead the strategic projects related to the development and growth of the Cast Leaf Production. As the new Project Lead you will drive the Project Teams with the appropriate range of skills and experience. Doing so, you will ensure that tasks and actions are performed on time with the right level of quality. Also, since validation is a key topics, the project lead will be responsible for the qualification of the line. This means responsible to create the qualification protocol and execute it on the line with support of the process team. As the new Project Lead you will be working with the Project Team and Management Team, to produce project and work plan with appropriate timelines and budget: matching resources, against priorities, and using maximum flexibility to achieve the project goals. You will achieve this by communicating and reporting the progress of the project on regular time intervals, as well as main conclusions, recommendations, risks and mitigation. In the end, you will create a culture of commitment and involvement within the project team and with all relevant stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES In your new position as Project Lead, your responsibilities are:

• Lead and coordinate execution of Vertical Start Up work processes & standards
• Manage production project masterplan with related resource planning
• Ensure and coordinate the validation of the equipment by creating the qualification protocol and execute it on the line with support of the process team
• Proactively participate in budgets and forecasts preparation for respective function within the company, review targets with business objectives by financial analysis to support management's decision-making process
• Define and manage projects master planning inside production in collaboration with external and internal project managers.
• Control project plan by reviewing work process status, deliverables, risk mitigation plan and schedule changes.
• Make sure that the relevant manufacturing departments (Safety, quality, etc.) are properly supporting the initiative scope and the VSU delivery.

* Reduced-Risk Products (“RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continued smoking. We have a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. Because our RRPs do not burn tobacco, they produce far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful compounds than found in cigarette smoke.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Finance or similar education;
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position, worked in project management within manufacturing or operations (preferably Chemical or FMCG);
• Experience in roll to roll process is a plus;
• Project Management skills (PMP – AGILE – LEAN Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of MS Office systems;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Experience with manufacturing consultancy would be an asset;
• Professional knowledge of the English and Dutch language;
